To complete your registration, you will need to provide the following documents: Employment History (on the application form) -Enhanced DBS Disclosure (included in your application pack) -Proof of National Insurance Number -Induction Training – To be completed after your interview -Passport -Right to Work in the UK – Proof of visa if applicable -NMC Registration – Certificate/Pin number (for qualified nurses) -Qualification Certificates – Any qualifications gained, such as NVQ 2 (if applicable) -Previous Training Certificates – Copies of any relevant healthcare training certificates -Driving License – If you have one Please Note: If you don’t have all of these documents ready, don’t worry!
